The Allenby House development comprises the complete renovation of a collection of industrial units and cladding renewal in the entirety.

Our appointed project engineer carried out a detailed inspection of the existing structure. We then carried out a thorough comparison of the proposed finishes with the pre-existing cladding and made itemised recommendations to the client with the purpose of ensuring that the revised structure would not be overloaded.

The renovation has delivered more thermally efficient units, making them much more appealing to prospective tenants.

Careful review and assessment of the structure allowed the client to replace the existing cladding with a modern thermally efficient product without extensive strengthening works.
