The Client asked us to provide a structural report on a number of defects to this 19th Century property. Whilst the property had previously been occupied as a series of commercial spaces, the Client aspired to convert it into a number of residential units.

We supported the Client by undertaking a defect survey and report, outlining where structural repairs were required as part of the conversion works.
