Our design allowed a redundant room to be brought into use, creating a warm and inviting space that is perfect for day-to-day living and hosting guests alike.

We specified a steel beam to be installed to support the first floor, enabling the existing masonry wall to be safely removed. The result is an excellent demonstration of how spaces can be transformed to maximise their potential.

We consulted Skyhooks Engineering on the removal of a wall to form an open plan kitchen/dining room and the steelwork required. I was amazed by how quickly they were able to get the design to us so our builder could get started. It has transformed our home.
