We provided professional advice on the structural condition of a Victorian mid-terrace property, which included a basement converted into a kitchen-dining area, ahead of a potential purchase.

We completed a visual survey, inspecting all accessible structural elements and provided the client with a general structural report outlining the findings for their consideration.

We commissioned Skyhooks Engineering to conduct a structural survey on a house we were looking to purchase which on the face of it had no issues. Without their knowledge and experience we would have spent a lot of money trying to purchase an unmortgagable property which had alterations that didn't meet building regulations.
